Mediterranean Chicken Pita
- 2 cup cubed cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup low-fat tzatziki sauce or nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 whole grain pocket style pitas (cut in half to make 4 pita pockets)
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 1/2 cup unsalted, sliced dry-roasted almonds
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the chicken and tzatziki sauce.
Stuff ½ cup of the chicken mixture into each pita pocket.
Top each filled pita pocket with ¼ cup cucumbers, ¼ cup tomatoes, and 2 Tbsp sliced almonds.
