BBQ Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients 1 tbsp fresh Rosemary (chopped) 2 tsp olive oil 1 tsp lemon zest (grated) 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 clove medium garlic (minced) ⅛ tsp salt ⅛ tsp pepper 2 chicken breast halves (boneless, skinless, fat removed) 3 tbsp low sodium BBQ sauce 1 tsp honey 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar Nonstick cooking spray
- Stir together the oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Add in chicken, turned to coat and cover. Cover and refrigerate the marinade for 30 minutes- 8 hours. (If marinating for over 30 minutes, turn several times)
- Lightly spray the grill with cooking spray. Preheat the grill to medium heat
- Grill the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side- or until no pink center.
- Transfer to plate!
- In a small saucepan, whisk together the BBQ sauce, vinegar and honey. Cook over a low-medium heat for a few minutes. Pour the mixture over the cooked chicken and enjoy!
