Simple Avocado Tuna Salad

This quick and colorful tuna salad is perfect for a light lunch or dinner. With using very few ingredients, you can create the perfect salad filled with taste and flavor! Ingredients:
  • 2 cans of tuna in water
  • ½ cup pico de gallo
  • 1 medium avocado cut in half
Directions:
  1. Cut avocado in half and remove pit
  2. Use a spoon to scoop out insides of the avocado and place it in a medium-sized bowl
  3. Mash avocado with a fork
  4. Add pico de gallo and mix well
  5. Add tuna to the mixture and stir well
  6. Serve on your choice of whole wheat crackers, lettuce or wraps
