Simple Avocado Tuna Salad
- 2 cans of tuna in water
- ½ cup pico de gallo
- 1 medium avocado cut in half
- Cut avocado in half and remove pit
- Use a spoon to scoop out insides of the avocado and place it in a medium-sized bowl
- Mash avocado with a fork
- Add pico de gallo and mix well
- Add tuna to the mixture and stir well
- Serve on your choice of whole wheat crackers, lettuce or wraps
