Tasty Baked Fish Fillets with Dijon-Thyme Topping

Enjoy this meal with a special someone or for the family. Elegant, easy and filled with flavor. This dish can be paired with anything and become a weekly special favorite for anyone to enjoy!

Servings: 4

Ingredients: 4 grouper (or other mild fish fillets- 4 oz each. Rinsed and patted dry) 3 tbsp light tub margarine (trans-fat-free) 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped ¼ red hot-pepper sauce 1 tsp dijon mustard (low sodium) ⅛ tsp salt ¼ tsp dried thyme

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet lightly with cooking spray. Place fish onto a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes- or until flakes easily with a fork. In a separate bowl, stir together with other ingredients. Spread the margarine mixture over the fish and serve! Enjoy!
