CuraLife, my new stage in life

Hello, members of the CuraLife Community. I was pleased to be invited to join CuraLife’s advisory board and am even more pleased to introduce myself to you today. I have long believed that adopting natural approaches to chronic disorders, such as type to diabetes, could be instrumental in their successful treatment. As a member of CuraLife’s advisory board, it will be my job (and honor) to harness my knowledge of traditional and natural medicine to provide up-to-date information on the use of herbal treatments for the balancing of type 2 diabetics’ blood sugar levels.

Why I believe in CuraLife

While I do believe that dietary modifications and regular exercise are critical to improving one’s glucose levels and can even reverse type 2 diabetes altogether, these methods take time. Time that diabetics do not have. To reduce the risk of long-term diabetes-related complications from emerging, diabetics must control their blood sugars levels as quickly and as effectively as possible.

Yet, a recent survey of diabetics in the UK revealed that only 21% of those aware that natural supplements could help balance their sugar or reverse their condition (75%) were taking any form of nutritional supplement. This finding shocked me and continues to guide my work towards bridging the gap between traditional and natural diabetes treatments.

CuraLife’s herbal diabetes medicine, CuraLin contains all natural ingredients, such as those traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine. Taking CuraLin can help bring down dangerously high circulating levels of glucose and hemoglobin (HbA1c), before they damage proteins within your bloodstream – below the target level of 48mmol/mol (6.5%) that people attempting to manage their diabetes with diet and lifestyle changes (as well as for those taking medication, such as metformin), must achieve.

CuraLin capsules meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. This means that the entire production process is meticulously overseen to ensure quality, purity, proper dosing, product stability and shelf-life. I was drawn to the company because of this quality assurance process – as the treatment of type 2 diabetes is just as serious as its diagnosis. It reassures me that every herbal ingredient used in CuraLin is traceable back to its source and that the production process is audited to meet ISO 9001 international standards.

What is CuraLin and how does it work?

CuraLin, developed by CuraLife, is an Ayurvedic herbal treatment for type 2 diabetes. Please note that CuraLin is not for people with type 1 diabetes. In addition, type 2 diabetics already taking traditional medications, including metformin, should consult with a medical professional before starting to take CuraLin to improve your blood sugar levels. Be sure to always monitor your blood sugar levels and inform your doctor of any changes. CuraLin, like other herbal medicines, should not be taken during pregnancy or while nursing.

CuraLin contains 10 all-natural, herbal ingredients, also used in Ayurvedic medicine practices. Some are used in global cuisines, while others aren’t as well known, but together, they form a powerful treatment for type 2 diabetes.

These ingredients and their roles are:

  • Jambubeej (Eugenia jambolana, also known as Syzygium cumini ) and java plum – known for its ability to lower raised blood glucose levels by up to 33%.
  • Karela (Momordica charantia) or bitter melon – helps slow the absorption of glucose from food, and its production in the liver.
  • Kariyatu (Swertia chirata) or Indian gentian – directly affects insulin release in the pancreas, lowering blood glucose levels.
  • Methi (Trigonella foenum-graecum) or fenugreek – the fibrous seeds slow the digestion and absorption of carbs and fats and may also improve cellular response to insulin release.
  • Gudmaar (Gymnema sylvestre) – known as the ‘sugar destroyer,’ it blocks the ability to detect sweetness to reduce cravings for sugary foods and takes several actions to lower sugar levels.
  • Amla (Emblica officinalis) or Indian gooseberry – stimulates the release of insulin upon eating.
  • Kadu (Picrorhiza kurroa) or Kutki – protects the liver and promoting the regeneration of insulin-producing cells in the pancreas, and more.
  • Turmeric (Curcuma longa) – linked to inflammation reduction and the inhibition of many diabetes-related complications.
  • Galo (Tinospora cordifolia) – helps regulate insulin and blood sugar control by acting directly on liver, pancreas, fat, muscle and intestinal cells.
  • Neempan (Melia azaditachta), Indian lilac – slows the absorption of ingested glucose and creates a feeling of fullness, while increasing cellular sensitivity to insulin.

When one to two capsules are taken three times a day after meals (the last one can be taken before bed), together with a glass of water, CuraLin acts to improve insulin resistance, reduce sugar and carb cravings and slow the production of undesirable glucose in the liver.
