Personal Yoga Training for the CuraLife Community

We asked our Winning Type 2 Diabetes Together community group on Facebook if they would like to follow along with an online training session showing how to keep active. We asked, you answered, we listened.

We are happy to provide our CuraLife community with more than just a product, but a way of life. Following a healthy lifestyle is what we are all about, especially during a period where we are inside. It is important to keep our bodies active and mind moving, and we want to guide you through these times.

We are a community, and we are all there to support each other. We noticed people wanted to move their bodies, but didn’t know how to do it under these circumstances.
That’s why we are excited to introduce our community to Talia! A certified yoga instructor who curated a special routine for the CuraLife community, showing us the best ways to stretch while staying indoors!
These exercises can be done daily, giving your body a chance to move, stretch and work out, so that you can stay on top of your lifestyle as a healthy diabetic!
