Are you looking for a fresh summer salad that will make your dinner or lunch table come to life? Well, so were we until we found the most colorful one!
This healthy mango avocado salad pairs perfectly with fish, chicken, and a summer BBQ. With few ingredients with flavors that will make your mouth explode, this salad is for you and the family to enjoy!
Servings:
4 Ingredients:
- 1 green oak lettuce, torn into small pieces
- 1 large avocado, diced
- 1 large mango, diced
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Method:
- Combine lettuce, avocado, mango, almonds and cranberries in a bowl
- Whisk oil and vinegar together in a jug. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over lettuce mixture. Toss to combine. Serve.
- There you have it, officially the easiest, tastiest salad!
