Curalife Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

At Curalife, we take great pride in offering high-quality products that enhance the well-being of our customers. To maintain the integrity of our brand and the value of our products, we have established this Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy for all our resellers. This policy is designed to protect the reputation of the Curalife brand, ensure fair competition among resellers, and uphold the perceived value of our products.

1. Scope and Application

This MAP Policy applies to all authorized resellers of Curalife products, including but not limited to distributors, retailers, and e-commerce sellers. The policy is applicable to all forms of advertising, including but not limited to:

  • Online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay)
  • Websites and e-commerce platforms
  • Social media platforms
  • Paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Print advertising (catalogs, flyers, newspapers, etc.)

2. Minimum Advertised Price

Curalife has established a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for each product in its catalog. The MAP for each product can be found in the Curalife reseller portal or will be communicated directly to authorized resellers. Resellers are responsible for ensuring that their advertised prices comply with this policy.

  • Discounts or promotions that effectively reduce the advertised price below MAP are prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, promotional coupons, rebates, or special offers that would display a price below the MAP.
  • Bundling: While bundling of products is permitted, the total advertised price for bundled Curalife products must not violate the MAP policy for the individual items included.

3. Exemptions

Certain forms of discounting may be exempt from this policy, including:

  • In-store pricing that is not visible to the public online.
  • Private sales or individual customer negotiations that do not affect publicly advertised pricing.
  • Special promotions authorized by Curalife (e.g., seasonal sales, clearance items).

These exceptions will be at the sole discretion of Curalife and must receive prior written approval.

4. Enforcement and Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with this MAP Policy may result in the following actions:

  • First violation: Written warning with a request to bring advertised pricing into compliance within 48 hours.
  • Second violation: Temporary suspension of the reseller's account, including the ability to place new orders for Curalife products.
  • Third violation: Termination of the reseller’s agreement and permanent loss of authorized reseller status.

Curalife reserves the right to take immediate action for repeated or severe violations of this policy without prior notice.

5. Policy Modifications

Curalife reserves the right to modify or update this MAP Policy at any time. Resellers will be notified of any changes via email or through the reseller portal, and it is the responsibility of the reseller to remain compliant with the most up-to-date version of the policy.
