Ingredients

  • 12 oz Chicken Breast, Cooked (shredded or chopped)
  • 4.2 oz Cream Cheese, Regular (divided)
  • 1 handful lettuce
  • 1 oz cucumber
  • 1 oz tomato
  • 2 ½ cups Arugula
  • 4 stalks Celery (chopped)

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the chicken and half the cream cheese.
In a separate bowl, add lettuce, tomato, arugula, cucumber , celery and the chicken.
