High Fiber Cereal With Toppings

Ingredients
- 1 cup of Yogurt
- Half a cup of berries
- 10 unroasted almonds
- 5 unroasted walnuts
- 1 tablespoon of sugar free jam
- Optional: Sugar free Whole wheat cereal/Muesli/Oatmeal
Instructions
Choose unsweetened low-fat yoghurts
Choose a sugar muesli/whole wheat cereal/oatmeal
Sprinkle in some nuts and almonds
Add blueberries
Taste it!
Stop and think- “Do I really need that extra sweetness?”
