  • 1 cup of Yogurt
  • Half a cup of berries
  • 10 unroasted almonds
  • 5 unroasted walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar free jam
  • Optional: Sugar free Whole wheat cereal/Muesli/Oatmeal


Choose unsweetened low-fat yoghurts
Choose a sugar muesli/whole wheat cereal/oatmeal
Sprinkle in some nuts and almonds
Add blueberries
Taste it!
