Smoked Salmon Sandwich

Ingredients
- β’ 7 oz smoked salmon
- β’ 4 tablespoons Philadelphia cream cheese
- β’ 20 capers
- β’ 4 tablespoons spring onions
- β’ Β½ cup cucumbers
- β’ 8 slices multigrain bread
- β’ 2 cups lettuce
Instructions
Cut the slices of salmon into small pieces.
In a small mixing bowl combine salmon with cream cheese, chopped capers, finely diced spring onion and diced cucumber, mix well.
Place mixture onto the sliced multigrain bread.
