Ingredients

  • β€’ 7 oz smoked salmon
  • β€’ 4 tablespoons Philadelphia cream cheese
  • β€’ 20 capers
  • β€’ 4 tablespoons spring onions
  • β€’ Β½ cup cucumbers
  • β€’ 8 slices multigrain bread
  • β€’ 2 cups lettuce

Instructions

Cut the slices of salmon into small pieces.
In a small mixing bowl combine salmon with cream cheese, chopped capers, finely diced spring onion and diced cucumber, mix well.
Place mixture onto the sliced multigrain bread.
